Return Policy

Returns and Refund Policy
Before shipping product(s) to be returned please fill up the Return or Exchange request for the order included in your item. Please read the following guidelines thoroughly. If your item does not meet these guidelines or, you are unsure, please do not send back your items since it may not be approved. Instead, please contact us via email to verify if it may be approved. All unapproved returns are subject to a postage fee to re-ship/return the item back to the customer. The shipping costs is non-refundable. We will update you via email on the status of your request.

Non Returnable Items

Some items are non returnable due to either health and safety concerns, or the classification of the item.
Items that are not returnable include:


  • Undergarments such as underwear, panties, corsets, lingerie, and items marked as non-returnable.
  • Gift cards, electronic gift certificates, store credits.
  • Items marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned or items that used discount/coupon code.


In order for your items to be approved for a return or store credit, it must fulfill these guidelines:

  • Items must be in new condition without any signs of being soiled, washed, tampered with, or altered.
  • Items must be free of fragrance, cigarette smoke, or signs of use.
  • Items must have original unmarked tags attached, product packaging, and hygienic liners etc.


For a full refund:

  • Merchandise must be returned within 15 days of your order ship date.
  • The amount refunded equals the full purchase price minus shipping fees and processing fee.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Returns for a refund will be credited to your original payment method.


For a store credit:

  • Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
  • Returns for store credit will be processed free of charge.


Packages sent back to us should be sent via a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for lost packages in the mailing system.

Unfortunately at this time we don't provide return labels. It is the customers obligation to pay shipping costs to mail the items to:
